Clinic - Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

Job Description

** This role is an hour outside Waco, TX**

Position Overview:
The Full-Time Clinic Provider role is based in a primary care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician. This position supports a steady daily patient volume of approximately 20–30 patients, ensuring consistent, attentive, and efficient care. This is a fully onsite role.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a primary care clinic setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Provide patient education and promote preventive care
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
• Manage daily patient flow while maintaining quality of care

Compensation & Incentives:

• Hourly rate: $57–$65 per hour
• Additional RVU-based bonus structure
• Estimated total annual compensation: $120,000–$160,000

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical support or primary care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with EMR systems
