** Description
* * As a product auditor on the Quality team in BAWA Waco, TX you will perform quality inspections to ensure our machines meet specifications.  You will document quality issues into a computer system and flag any found defects for repairs.
** Job duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*** Perform quality inspection based on the check- list of inspection points/procedures
* Complete inspections using a checklist and tooling provided (static tools, electrical tests, templates, etc.)
* Perform overall quality inspection at quality gates or at pre-delivery inspection
* Inspects products to ensure it meets the specifications
* Document quality issues into a computer system and flag defects for repair
* Calibration of assembly tools
* Process time studies and audits as needed for quality improvements
* Cross-functional communication to complete tasks
* Contributing team member
** Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
*** Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
* Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
* Ability to perform repetitive operations
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
*
* Basic Qualifications:

*** 6 months of mechanical assembly or logistics experience
* Experience in SAP software
* Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*** Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with inspection and product auditing processes
* Intermediate proficiency with measurement equipment and gauges
* Strong working knowledge of Assembly/Manufacturing practices
* Advanced problem solving/troubleshooting ability
* Ability to follow Standard Work
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Heavy equipment experience

Hours:

** Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM;
Overtime on Fridays as needed.
** Compensation Range:** $20.70 - $26.90
