DescriptionAs a product auditor on the Quality team in BAWA Waco, TX you will perform quality inspections to ensure our machines meet specifications. You will document quality issues into a computer system and flag any found defects for repairs.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Perform quality inspection based on the check‑list of inspection points/procedures
- Complete inspections using a checklist and tooling provided (static tools, electrical tests, templates, etc.)
- Perform overall quality inspection at quality gates or at pre‑delivery inspection
- Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications
- Document quality issues into a computer system and flag defects for repair
- Calibrate assembly tools
- Process time studies and audits as needed for quality improvements
- Cross‑functional communication to complete tasks
- Contributing team member
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- 6 months of mechanical assembly or logistics experience
- Experience with SAP software
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (basic skills/knowledge, capable of functioning independently)

- Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with inspection and product auditing processes
- Intermediate proficiency with measurement equipment and gauges
- Strong working knowledge of Assembly/Manufacturing practices
- Advanced problem‑solving/troubleshooting ability
- Ability to follow Standard Work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Heavy equipment experience
Shift: 1st shift hourly position.
Shift
Hours:
Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM;
Overtime on Fridays as needed.
Compensation Range: $20.70 – $26.90
Location:
Waco, TX (BAWA / BCP Assembly Waco Attachment) group.
