Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
• Consult and refer to the management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Provide operational, safety, and customer service counsel to hourly staff and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Ability to bend, reach, walk, and stand for entire shift; lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

U.S. hourly wage range: $22.80 – $31.35, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
