The Plasma Donation Center offers a unique professional experience. Employees play a vital role in collecting high‑quality plasma for life‑changing medicines.
About the roleYou will report to the Center Manager, oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas, and support donor and employee needs.
How you will contribute- Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training.
- Review Quality Control Records.
- Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
- Consult and refer to the management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
- Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification.
- Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for entire shift, lift up to 32 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Hourly Wage Range$22.80 – $31.35
The range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. It will comply with local minimum wage requirements.
