Global Filtration, Inc. develops and supplies filtration solutions for aerospace applications, including FAA-PMA

articles.

We are hiring a hands-on Quality Control Manager to protect conformity, traceability, customer

confidence, and the integrity of our quality records while helping strengthen the systems that support future

growth.

This is not a desk-only title. The manager will work across inspection, receiving, warehouse, purchasing,

production, supplier quality, audits, corrective action, calibration, and controlled documentation. The right person will calmly stop or hold product when evidence is incomplete and will help teams solve the underlying problem without

compromising requirements.

• Lead receiving, in-process, first-article when required, and final inspection controls.
• Protect drawing and specification revision, certificate, lot, and inspection traceability.
• Own nonconforming-material control, containment, root cause, CAPA, and effectiveness verification.
• Maintain calibration, inspection status, supplier-quality, audit, training, and quality-record controls.
• Prepare factual quality metrics and immediately escalate suspected escapes, falsification, or release
• pressure.
• Partner across departments while preserving independent quality judgment.

• Five or more years of progressive quality experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, precision
• manufacturing, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong applied experience with inspection, traceability, NCR/CAPA, calibration, document control, audits,
• and supplier quality.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, certificates, tolerances, and inspection evidence.
• Ability to write clear, factual quality records and communicate difficult decisions calmly and professionally.
• High ethical judgment, record integrity, confidentiality, and willingness to stop or escalate work when
• evidence is incomplete.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality or ERP record systems, with the ability to learn Global Filtration's current systems.

• FAA-PMA or 14 CFR Part 21 production-quality exposure; repair station, OEM, MRO, or aerospace supplier
• experience.
• AS9100 or ISO 9001 internal- or lead-auditor training;
  Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ CQE/CQA/CMQ-OE, or

• Experience with first-article inspection, GD&T, supplier development, counterfeit-part prevention,
• customer escapes, and audit response.
• Supervisory, coaching, or cross-functional leadership experience.

Compensation: Starting at $55,000 annually. Final compensation requires written Company approval and may

reflect the selected candidate's qualifications.
