We’re looking for an Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead critical safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our operation.
What you’ll do:- Identify and address workplace safety, health, and environmental risks
- Develop and manage facility inspection programs, policies, and procedures
- Lead employee training on workplace safety, emergency response, and related topics
- Partner across departments to strengthen safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Monitor compliance and document inspection findings
- Maintain SDS documentation and required environmental and employee exposure records
- Help drive continuous improvement in safety and operational performance
- Provide oversight for direct reports, including timecard review and approval
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety practices
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using inspection-related technology
- Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
