WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Respond to leads and answer prospect calls.
  • Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
  • Process lease paperwork
  • Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property
  • Collection calls to clients
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
  • Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off
WORK AUTHORIZATION & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Central TX property.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
