• Execute duties for assigned areas within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.)
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
• Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude, ensuring each guest receives our best
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. while standing for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions in a loud environment
• Interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic food safety understanding and completion of required training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law)
• Enjoyment of working with food (food service experience is preferred but not required)
