Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in store, over the telephone, or in the dealer's shop;
Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS system and process orders accurately;
Advise customers on how to best meet their needs and resolve customer questions and problems;
Maintain POS abilities and apply store pricing methods; uphold asset security and loss prevention controls;
Process stock orders and report overages/shortages/damaged merchandise; ensure good appearance of store and displays
