Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Waco, TX
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and executing selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling tasks.;
Supervise employees in the absence of the Store Manager and train/evaluate staff.;
Ensure quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.;
Monitor inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability in all departments.;
Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
