Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who will serve as Floor Leader on Duty and bear builder during designated shifts. You will direct a team of associates, model Experience First behaviors, and help achieve store sales goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
On non-DLOD shifts, you will function as a Bear Builder, ensuring a warm, inclusive atmosphere and adherence to brand standards. Availability for a flexible retail schedule is required.
