ILIA Beauty is seeking a Sales and Education Advisor in the Texas metro area (Rockwall, Amarillo, Waco) to drive retail results and educate store teams on ILIA hero products. You will lead in-store visits, train staff, plan events, and partner with store leadership to open new locations.
The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to stand for 6–8 hours and lift 30 lbs. Base hourly rate $25–$27 with a schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
