Answer phones and greet callers in a friendly and courteous manner;
Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by sales managers;
Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed;
Assist with customer deliveries;
Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom;
Ensure window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display;
Pickup vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships;
Assist with weather-related cleanup when necessary;
Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed;
Assist with other functions and special projects as assigned
