** What you’ll accomplish with us
** As an
** Agent Contracting Representative**, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
* Process new agent contracts and reinstatements
* Verify all required contracting paperwork and follow up with applicants, IMOs, or agency managers when documentation is incomplete or incorrect
* Build and maintain agent records, including contracts, agent information, licensing, hierarchy, appointments, and AML training
* Handle phone calls and chats related to contracting questions and issues
* Process agent information updates, including address and email changes
* Terminate agent contracts and state appointments
* Research state laws, licensing requirements, appointments, and contracting information using state insurance department websites
* Conduct company business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct
* Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs##

** two years of administrative and/or customer service experience** (preferred)
* Can quickly learn company products and contracting processes
* English proficiency clause (if needed):
* Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency may be required, as the role involves communicating with internal stakeholders and agent partners on a regular basis.##
