• Serve as the on-the-ground ambassador for our brand and services
• Actively prospect and engage new customers at retail locations or via outreach
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Present and demonstrate our marketing/advertising solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Provide feedback from customers to shape strategy and product offerings

We want someone who:

• Is outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with strangers
• Has prior experience in retail sales, direct sales, or business development (preferred but not always required)
• Is goal driven and able to self‑motivate
• Can handle rejection and keep pushing forward
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Is coachable, eager to learn, and can follow systems
• Is flexible in schedule — able to work weekends, evenings, and travel locally as needed
• Has reliable transportation (if travel between retail sites is required)
