Independent Sales Rep - D2D & Neighborhood Events

Job Description

Grey Fox is building a small, tactical outreach team in Waco — repping high-demand home services through face-to-face outreach.

This is dynamic, field-based sales: working door-to-door in key neighborhoods or staffing local branded events. We partner with major providers across home services, fiber internet, streaming services, non-profits, and more. Your hours are flexible - and you earn on performance.

We'll train you - and if you’ve ever thrived in roles from bartending, field work, or military, you’ll probably fit right in. Former servers/bartenders, first responders, or military/law enforcement tend to excel in this role thanks to their communication skills, discipline, and adaptability.

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door visits or event-based outreach
• Explain available services based on neighborhood qualifications
• Submit clean, accurate orders using provided tools
• Maintain flexible scheduling — part-time or full-time availability welcomed
• Learn the pitch. Close the sale. Get paid.
• Top reps promoted to team leaders and provided with additional roles / responsibilities

• Weekly payouts (commissions only)
• $800–$2,000/week typical for consistent new reps
• $5,000–$15,000+/week possible for seasoned and traveling reps
• Set your own schedule (most reps work 3 PM–dark or weekends)
