Texas Account Manager Overview
We’re hiring a Texas Account Manager to join our growing team in the asphalt, concrete, and aggregate recycling (mobile crushing) industry.
This isn’t a sit‑behind‑a‑desk sales role. You’ll be in the field, on job sites, talking with real operators, solving real problems, and playing a key role in keeping our Texas operations running safely and efficiently.
You’ll be joining a supportive team that takes safety seriously, provides exceptional service, and produces high‑quality aggregates while also being patient with your growth and development.
The JobThis role is a mix of relationship management, field observation, and operational coordination.
What you’ll actually be doing- Build and maintain relationships with plant managers and key decision‑makers
- Visit job sites throughout the greater DFW, Houston, East Texas, Gulf, Austin, Waco, and San Antonio areas
- Travel throughout Texas (expect 2‑3 overnights per week) – company vehicle provided
- Estimate and report material inventory levels at our customers' locations
- Help prioritize and coordinate upcoming crushing jobs with the Sales and Operations Teams (this is more art than science)
- Log customer interactions, site observations, and updates in our CRM and Customer Inventory Form
- Communicate constantly with Sales & Operations Teams to keep jobs running smoothly
- Identify new opportunities, customers, and markets within your territory

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in construction, aggregates, asphalt, ready‑mix, or similar industries
- Experience using Salesforce and Google Workplace tools
- You’ll spend a lot of time in your truck traveling between customer locations
- You’ll be on active industrial job sites
- Plans will change and you’ll be flexible
- You’ll need to balance customer needs with business realities
