ROLE
This relationship‑driven sales position focuses on outbound prospecting, networking, consultative selling, and long‑term client relationship development to drive new business revenue for Door Grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Make outbound calls & respond to incoming leads to set appointments.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, investors, vendors, and referral partners.
- Attend networking events, meetups, and industry functions.
- Execute Door Grow growth engine strategies such as realtor referrals, investor networking, and Neighbor PM outreach.
- Identify referral partnership opportunities to create long‑term lead flow.
- Seek speaking or presentation opportunities within relevant groups and organizations.
- Represent the company professionally online and in‑person.
- Complete Zoom video sales calls and in‑person appointments (coffee, lunch, etc.).
- Follow up on leads and nurture them to close.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up tasks and keep the CRM up to date.
- Use multichannel communication (SMS, phone, Facebook, etc.) to locate, connect, and communicate with prospects.
- Attend daily huddles and complete end‑of‑day reports.
- Exemplify the company’s client‑centric mission and core values.
- Work independently and under pressure to consistently meet targets.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, bringing in new business revenue monthly (minimum 10 new doors per month).
- Complete a minimum of 50 sales pitch calls per month (outbound calls, booking appointments, pitching, and closing deals).
- Meet weekly outbound activity expectations (minimum 200 outbound calls per week).
- Install and maintain Door Grow Growth Engines to build a consistent lead flow generation.
- Keep the pipeline full and healthy at all times.
- Create and maintain relationships with referral partners and real estate investors.
- Maintain a close rate above 15% each month.
- Ensure new clients are a long‑term fit with a high retention rate.
- Act and present professionally and represent the company well.
- Self‑motivated and takes ownership without micromanagement.
- Enthusiastic about people, conversations, and building relationships.
- Persistent and follows through consistently.
- Comfortable with hearing “no” without losing momentum.
- Thrives in networking environments and sales conversations.
- Highly organized with follow‑up and pipeline management.
- Genuinely cares about helping clients succeed.
- Exceptional communication and personal skills.
- Strong drive for success and results.
- Good internet connection, webcam, and microphone or headset.
- Own private transportation and a valid driver’s license (local travel required for events).
- Professional appearance and video background; quiet environment during calls.
- Previous sales experience and training a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with property management a plus but not required.
