As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will have the chance to expand your career within an energetic team dedicated to helping you achieve your sales goals. Here’s what you can expect:

We’re hiring immediately! This is not just another entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re starting your career or have been in sales for years, you can earn between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual commissions by achieving your sales goals. If you strive for excellence, our commission program can significantly increase your earnings with top performers potentially earning an additional $14,500 or more, totaling up to $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.

Compensation may vary based on location, hours worked, and performance.

You’ll need to have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant work or military experience.
• A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules are provided four weeks in advance).
• An openness to accept extra shifts, especially during peak times like summer and holiday seasons.

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience in a commission‑based job.
• A proven track record of sales success by communicating effectively with customers to provide solutions.
• Experience in customer service roles.
