We are a growing fire alarm and sprinkler company seeking motivated individuals to build a long‑term career in life safety.

Job Details

Dynamic, seasoned Sales Representative needed to provide top‑notch fire protection solutions in the construction industry. Must be an expert in Fire Systems, Fire Protection, and Fire Alarm Installation, with a deep understanding of sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, and B2B sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned area or product line.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of our fire systems.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Provide consultation services to clients, advising them on the best fire protection solutions that meet their needs and budget.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for products and services, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA standards in all services and solutions.
  • Oversee the installation of fire alarm systems, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar construction industry role.
  • Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in fire systems and protection.
  • Extensive knowledge of sprinkler systems, fire systems, fire protection, and fire alarm installation.
  • Familiarity with NFPA standards and their application.
  • Experience estimating costs for construction products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
