Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay plus uncapped commission structure

What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC system needs and comfort concerns
  • Present customized system solutions and energy-efficient upgrade options
  • Educate customers on financing options, system performance, and long-term savings
  • Build trust through strong communication and professional recommendations
  • Close sales while maintaining a high standard of customer experience
  • Follow up on leads and maintain organized sales activity records
  • Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
What We're Looking For
  • Prior sales success (HVAC, home services, roofing, remodeling, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong closing ability and confident communication style
  • Self-driven mindset with strong accountability for results
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment
  • Valid driver's license with clean and insurable driving record
