We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with contractors, commercial fleets, municipalities, and dealerships by identifying customer needs and recommending vehicle accessories, equipment, and installation solutions that improve productivity, safety, and appearance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, generating opportunities, and growing accounts.

- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, dealerships, municipalities, and contractors
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Create and present estimates and proposals
- Follow up on quotes and maintain consistent customer communication
- Build and maintain dealership partnerships
- Collaborate with inside sales and shop teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the Company's CRM system
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems is preferred
- Prior outside sales experience, especially in regard to commercial customers, contractors, municipalities, or dealerships, is preferred
- Existing relationships within the local business community is preferred
- Base salary commensurate with experience
