Job Description

At Main Event, Event Coordinators help Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences, creating a vision of FUN. As an Event Coordinator, you partner with Guests to create tailored, memorable experiences based on their needs, while delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Welcome and engage with all Guests, serving as an ambassador of FUN.
  • Understand all aspects of event packages and add‑ons.
  • Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
  • Use systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow‑up tasks.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted birthday, group, and event sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans.
  • Prospect and cold‑call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business.
  • Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk‑in and event sales.
  • Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas that support the business.
  • Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties.
Position Requirements
  • Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience is a plus.
  • Guest‑focused mindset.
  • Teamwork is essential.
  • Relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM.
  • Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary and Benefits

Salary compensation ranges from $10.25 - $16.25 per hour.
