• Build customer relationships and grow the customer base.
• Match customers with the right equipment for agricultural, construction, or lawn & garden needs.
• Generate new leads and prospect for business.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records.
• Stay current on inventory across product lines.

• Associate’s degree.
• Hay equipment knowledge/sales experience – preferred.
• Prior sales experience – preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
