Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep

Generator Supercenter is seeking motivated, energetic, and goal‑oriented individuals to join our team as Entry‑Level Outside Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and ambitious individuals looking to build a successful career in sales. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, build relationships, and introduce customers to industry‑leading backup power solutions. No extensive sales experience is required.

We’ll provide training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads
• Visit customer locations, analyze needs, and build detailed proposals
• Negotiate and close sales
• Process orders and turn in complete documentation to office staff
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and taking leads
• Follow up on older leads within the company CRM
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule
• Report to the office and make outbound calls to set appointments

• Highly motivated and target‑driven; strong people skills
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to receive feedback and grow
• Tech‑savvy with Apple/IOS products (iPhones & iPads) preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and pass a background check

Full‑time: $40,000 per year plus bonuses, company vehicle, and fuel card.
