Part-Time Sales Coordinator and Shipping Assistant

The Spa Mart is a Texas-based wholesale distributor supplying more than 10,000 professional products to luxury resorts, hotels, med spas, and wellness destinations across North America. We are a hands-on, people-first team in Waco, Texas that believes every detail matters — and titles don't stop work from getting done.

We are hiring a Part-Time Sales Coordinator and Shipping Assistant in Waco, TX. This hybrid role combines inside sales support, customer service, and account coordination in the office with hands-on shipping, packing, and receiving in the warehouse. If you like variety — helping customers in the morning and packing luxury spa products in the afternoon — this part-time job is for you.

Strong performers can grow into a full-time account management role.

• Answer inbound calls and emails; respond to customer inquiries with order status and shipment tracking updates
• Prepare quotes, organize vendor pricing, and follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records in our systems
• Support account management and customer retention for spa, resort, and hotel clients
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order issues

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders to luxury presentation standards
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify counts and product quality
• Prepare shipments for UPS, Fed Ex, and LTL freight carriers
• Keep inventory organized and support cycle counts
• Help with special projects and trade show preparation

• Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend availability for special events
• Possible occasional travel for setups and trade shows
• Occasional weekends or overtime during peak project periods
• On-site in Waco, Texas

• Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet shared goals

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using computers, label printers, and inventory systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or inside sales experience is a plus
• Spa, beauty, or wellness industry exposure is a bonus — not required
