Tri Corps Security is hiring a professional and motivated Armed Level III Site Lead to join our team in Waco, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, leadership ability, and sound judgment. This position is based on experience and leadership capability. As a Site Lead, you will provide a strong security presence while overseeing daily site operations, supporting officers, and ensuring high service standards for our client.

This role requires attentiveness, strong communication skills, leadership capability, and the ability to respond effectively to any situation. The Site Lead reports directly to the Project Manager and serves as the primary on‑site leader for the assigned location.

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing Tri Corps with professionalism.
• Enforce site‑specific policies, regulations, and safety procedures consistently and fairly.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security‑related incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Supervise on‑site officers and ensure adherence to post orders and company standards.
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison and report directly to the Project Manager.
• Support management and client directives to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.

• Remain alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Position located in Waco, Texas. Full‑time shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
