Perform nightly patrols of the community looking for vandalism, suspicious behavior/activity, breakdowns in physical security regarding access to the community, light bulbs that are not working properly, cars that violate community policies and the like;
Maintain a nightly log of patrols and reports;
Provide documentation on specific issues to the General Manager on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring all pertinent information is gathered and mentioned;
Report observed disturbances, incidents, maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions to the General Manager, ensuring all pertinent information is gathered and mentioned;
Respond appropriately to resident complaints and community disturbances (including but not limited to unauthorized parties, loitering, and disruptive vehicles)
