Security Officer Security Clearance

Job Summary

SCIS focuses on creating a safe and controlled environment for our clients through security services, emergency management, and first-rate training. We are currently searching for Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers in Waco, Texas.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

• $20/hour for uncleared applicants – Full-Time Monday-Friday 21:00-05:00 & 23:00-05:00
• $22/hour for cleared applicants – Full-Time Monday-Friday 00:00-08:00, Full-Time Monday-Wednesday 05:00-18:00, additional shift times vary;
  Part-Time Friday & Saturday 08:00-16:00 & Thursday 16:00-00:00

• US Citizenship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Guard card
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD (Department of Defense) Secret Clearance; active DOD Top Secret preferred. Will sponsor Secret clearance for the $20/hour role
