Field Service Technician Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician with WCTractor, you will apply your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. This position focuses on servicing hay equipment, including round balers, square balers, and related machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

* Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.

* Conduct diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and testing of equipment.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions.

* Prepare timely and detailed service reports.

* Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

* Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.

* Operate the service vehicle in a safe and professional manner.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
