Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Service Technician for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repair tasks, conduct field service visits, address customer service needs, and troubleshoot equipment issues. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery to clients. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of equipment
- Experience in Field Service operations and the ability to address real-time challenges on-site
- Strong focus on Customer Service, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of petroleum equipment and industry-specific safety standards is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Texas and surrounding areas as needed
