Field Service Technician II

Waco, TX

As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as the first line of response for customers, providing reliable service for ATMs, self‑checkout systems and related equipment. You’ll communicate openly and accurately to ensure timely solutions, triage issues before they develop and contribute to a lasting relationship with our largest retailers and banks.

Our training includes virtual and hands‑on classroom modules, designed for rapid learning and continued professional development. You’ll work with mentors, coaches and a cross‑territorial learning community to enhance your skill set.

You can expect a salary range of $40,800–$59,200, depending on experience. Required skills include:

• Performing installation, maintenance and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Servicing electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems.
• Performing maintenance, repair and system overhauls.
• Managing network faults, traffic, configuration, security and remote system access.

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• Basic PC, electronic and operating system skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prepared for prolonged travel and single‑hour driving days.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capacity to lift tools, parts and equipment up to 50 lb. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects repeatedly.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
