Job Summary
Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Chiller systems.

- Performs planned maintenance, repairs, modifications on Chiller campus.
- Takes on a leadership role as the primary technical resource for other Building Technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Uses the required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests. Observes and follows all established corporate and customer safety policies and ensures the crew does the same. Interprets compliance requirements and ensures standardization of work.
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals. Identifies opportunities for process/system improvements and implements them as they are approved.
- Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes and logs readings from critical equipment and takes appropriate corrective actions before system outage occurs.
- Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
7+ years of experience.
Principles of Chillers.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under stress, and meet short deadlines.
Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to organize and lead meetings.
