Field Service Technician II

Field Service Technicians provide customer installation, maintenance, and service for electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems. They act as the first line of response to customers, triage issues, and utilize formal training to deliver solutions that build long‑term customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
- Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
- Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
- Local candidate in the specific geographic area.
- Authorized to work in the US and at least 19 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts.
- Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
- One or more years of related experience.
You can expect a salary in the range of $40,800.00 to $59,200.00.
