Job Overview
We are looking for a Retail Display Installer – Technology. The role involves travel up to 90 miles from home, typically Monday‑Friday with no required weekend work, although occasional weekend assignments may be requested. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, updating, and repairing sales‑floor fixtures and end‑caps for brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management, replying within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate; schedule and complete assigned jobs within the required timeframe.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end‑caps, and fixtures following planograms and client directives.
- Complete all necessary forms, images, and survey documentation before leaving a site.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide feedback on solutions.
- Use mobile applications and virtual software to track, record, and communicate activity.
- Adhere to timecard deadlines and report any anomalies promptly.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment while attending training and certification programs.
- Make yourself available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Minimum age 18 with authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability Monday‑Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet; safely lift/carry up to 60 lbs; ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; use of a smartphone for scheduling and photo uploads.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred); prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Ownership of an Android or Apple mobile device capable of photo and data upload.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Strong time‑management, reporting, and autonomous work skills.
- $17.00 per hour, commensurate with location and experience.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Paid training and fixed‑shift or self‑scheduling options.
- Required minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
