Compensation & Schedule
* Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
* Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
* Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
* Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
* Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
* Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities
* Install new HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial buildings
* Perform installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
* Communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
Requirements
* 1+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience (more experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* EPA Certification (preferred)
* NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
