Compensation & Schedule
* $27-$40 per hour base (Top performers earn $40+/hour with incentives)
* Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
* Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Core Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
* Deliver clear, honest recommendations to customers
* Complete all repairs and maintenance according to company quality standards
* Maintain detailed service records and communicate job status effectively
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
* Completion of an HVAC technical training program
* EPA Universal Certification (required)
* NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Own basic hand tools
