Overview

What You’ll Be DoingAs an HVAC/R Technician, you’ll deliver reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients, including troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
Typical day:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Perform routine and emergency service, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.
- Accurately document all service details using company‑provided iPads.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery.
- Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
- Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for qualified candidates.
- Seasonal Bonuses: Eligible for additional performance bonuses.
- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped van with gas card.
- Full–Time Pay for All
Hours:
Port‑to‑port travel compensation for all service hours. - Tool Allowance: Covered tools and equipment expenses.

Minimum Compensation: $25.00 per hour.

What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
- May require a Journeyman’s License or state‑specific licenses.
- EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
- Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
This is a physically active role. You should be able to:
- Safely work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment up to 100 lbs.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks.
- Maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity.
- Stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day.
- Use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously.
- Operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.
- Occasionally work in an office environment.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures.
