Are you a licensed Journeyman Plumber ready to earn top pay while building toward your Master license and stepping into leadership?
Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is hiring a Journeyman Service Plumber who wants more than just another service role. This is a hands-on position with a clear, supported path to run your own plumbing department and grow into a Master Plumber.

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime as needed - we keep it fair and predictable)
What You'll Do
* Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations
* Diagnose and fix plumbing systems and fixtures to the highest standards
* Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local codes and safety requirements
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job
* Help shape processes and standards as our plumbing department grows
* Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back
What You Need
* Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
* 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
* Desire to grow into a Master Plumber and leadership role
