Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is looking for a Master Service Plumber to help lead and grow our plumbing division. This is a key role for someone who wants more than just a job-you'll have the opportunity to shape a department, mentor others, and drive long-term growth.

What You'll Do
* Lead residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems and fixtures
* Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
* Mentor and support developing plumbers/technicians
* Help build and refine processes for the plumbing department
* Work closely with leadership to grow the division
What You Need
* Master Plumbing License (Texas)
* 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
* Strong leadership mindset and desire to build/lead a team
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements
