Compensation & Schedule
  • $37 - $42 per hour depending on experience
  • Earning potential up to $42+/hour with bonus opportunities
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with some flexibility
Role Overview

Master Plumber & Plumbing Lead – a leadership‑focused role ideal for an experienced plumber who wants to help build and shape a high‑performing plumbing department while continuing to work in the field.

You will play a key role in setting standards, mentoring team members, and driving long‑term growth for the plumbing division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and oversee residential plumbing service calls and installations
  • Troubleshoot complex plumbing systems and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards

    Mentor and coach junior plumbers on best practices
  • Help develop efficient workflows and processes
  • Partner with leadership to scale and improve the plumbing department
Requirements
  • Texas Master Plumber License (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of hands–on residential plumbing experience
  • Proven leadership skills or strong desire to lead and mentor others
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing codes
