When you join our Waco, TX team, you earn a competitive wage of up to $85k per year based on experience. In addition to spiffs and commission, you also enjoy terrific benefits.
You usually work from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday. Some weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required.
Qualifications- EPA certification and TDLR registration
- 3+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all brands of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems
- Experience in a leadership position
- Physical ability to work from heights, get in small crawl spaces, carry ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
NATE certification or an HVAC diploma would be preferred.
