HVAC​/Controls Lead Technician; Siemens - Baylor University

Job Summary

Looking for someone with Siemens background in Controls and Software
. Building Automation Systems & Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). Installs, programs, trobleshoots, and maintains Building Automation Systems, and industrial.

• Handles controls installations, programming, troubleshooting and repair.
• Performs planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the service agreement.
• Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
• Serves as a front‑line resource to technicians through technical support.
• Coordinates the work of subcontractors.
• Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers.
• Uses technology/software to create and modify programming such as graphics, data bases, sequences, etc.

• Siemens experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Hands on experience with one or more controls platforms (Siemens).
• Controls programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device data sheets.
• Must have Siemens Controls/software.
