Installation Technician -Trim Crew

Position Description

Clayton is a leading single‑family, values‑driven home builder dedicated to attainable housing, sustainable practices, and providing a world‑class experience for customers and team members.

This position works with our Installation Technician Crew, the final step in our home building process. The team travels to customers’ properties to install, finish, and complete homes.

• Install flooring, paint walls, and perform drywall repair.
• Handle overall home remodeling tasks required for final completion.

• Proficiency in flooring installation.
• Experience in painting and drywall repair.
• Overall experience with home remodeling.
