As an HVAC Service Tech, you kick off your day by reviewing your service calls and prepping for the day ahead. You visit residential and commercial locations, bringing your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Whether you're installing new equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, or performing preventive maintenance, your goal is always to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a lead position
- EPA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Registered TDLR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate small crawl spaces
- NATE certification
- HVAC certification or diploma
- Degree or certificate from a trade school
- Strong work ethic and a career-minded attitude
- Team-player mindset
This position works Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings as needed.
