Lead & Build Something Bigger Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is looking for a Master Service Plumber to help lead and grow our plumbing division. This is a key role for someone who wants more than just a job-you'll have the opportunity to shape a department, mentor others, and drive long-term growth.

What You'll DoLead residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems and fixtures

Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards

Mentor and support developing plumbers/technicians

Help build and refine processes for the plumbing department

Work closely with leadership to grow the division

What You Need Master Plumbing License (Texas)5+ years of residential plumbing experience

Strong leadership mindset and desire to build/lead a team Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements
