Job DetailsOur company is seeking Fire Alarm Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in fire sprinkler/alarm sales or a related field. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in the construction industry. The Fire Alarm Estimator will play a key role in our projects, providing accurate cost estimates for fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for fire alarm systems in line with project specifications and plans.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
- Analyzing blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to prepare estimates.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in fire alarm technology.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports to management and customers.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in fire sprinkler sales, fire alarm estimation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for fire alarm systems.
- In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, including their design, installation, and functionality.
- Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
- A solid understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to fire alarm systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in the use of estimation software and other relevant computer applications.
