Equipment Share is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) for our Waco, TX location. You’ll perform maintenance and repair on a variety of rental and customer equipment, using laptops/tablets to manage work orders and service intervals. Expect on-site field work, data-driven diagnostics, and OEM-approved training.
Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours. You’ll be part of a team focusing on safety, quality repairs, and customer service, with opportunities for career
