What You'll Earn Hourly pay of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll DoPerform residential plumbing service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations

Diagnose issues and present clear, high-value solutions to customers

Sell and close larger projects such as sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, repiping, and whole-home plumbing upgrades

Use modern diagnostic tools including sewer cameras and pressure testing

Deliver professional, high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer care Maintain strong communication with the office and dispatch team

What You Need Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience

Comfortable selling solutions and closing jobs face-to-face Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
